A part of the Aletheia group of companies, Aletheia Infotech is a software firm specializing in software services and products. We are a new, vibrant software development firm, incorporated in 2022. Having a strong backing from the Aletheia group, which has business experience of over 12 years and an employee strength of over 200 professional in the Technology and staffing businesses. With over a decade of experience in managing IT systems and working with large and medium size clients, the group decided to diversify in software development and allied services.
Aletheia Infotech started off by creating simple apps, then gradually expanded its services. Today, Aletheia Infotech is delivering a wide spectrum of software & IT Consulting services, ranging from product development, migration, porting, testing, custom software development including the creation of applications for ERP, HRMS, Materials Management, WHM, Vision System, IOT & AI. Even though we may have the appearance of a small new software company, our staff is skilful and has development experience across a range of software platforms.

Clarence D’souza, Founder & CEO, is a well-recognized name in the IT industry. With a sterling career that has spanned over 25 years, Clarence’s reputation precedes him. He has been in various capacities throughout his work life, including executive and a professional manager with established IT companies. Today, he is a proud entrepreneur, with exemplary execution skills and business acumen. He holds an Economics degree and a master’s in marketing management. Clarence firmly believes in driving business through a partnership model and nurtures relationships. That is what has made him such a successful professional.
Ambreen Shawl, Co-Founder & Director, has a positive attitude and a lot of energy. She has a science bachelor’s degree and a master’s in marketing and human resources management. She has worked in the manufacturing and automation sectors for more than ten years. She now has a thorough understanding of operations management, governance across numerous platforms, and HR management as a result of her extensive and varied exposure. Ambreen is a relationship builder and strong believer in human connection. She is a grounded and accomplished professional as a result of this.
Saravanan Pasupathi, Technical Director, is a seasoned professional in the field of information technology. Over the course of his more than 25-year career, Saravanan has held a variety of positions at reputable IT firms after starting from nothing. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics, has taken numerous professional courses, and has a deep grasp of software frameworks, all of which enable him build solutions and optimize processes.
Mahesh Bhawsar, Group head- Finance & Accounts, is a seasoned professional in the field of finance and Accounting. He has a degree in accounting and business administration. In his 21 years of work experience, Mahesh has held various positions in his work life, including an executive position in Emirate Airways- Africa. He is meticulous in his work and has a great eye for detailing.
